All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Standard shipping: £5.99

Free shipping on orders over £100

Tracked 24 is a priority service and typically arrives 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day

Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day

During peak periods, dispatch may take an additional working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

You can track your parcel via the Royal Mail website.

Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to update.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

If a parcel is returned to us, re-shipping costs will apply.

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch:

Royal Mail considers parcels officially lost after 10 working days.

We cannot replace or refund orders before this timeframe.
